  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 14 oz coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 small bunch cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (2%+ fat)
  • 1/4 cup mayo (I use avocado oil mayo)
  • 1 lime (juice of)
  • 1/2 tsp taco seasoning
  • Pinch cayenne
  • 9 corn tortillas
  • Avocado oil (for frying)
  • Easy guacamole (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shrimp with taco seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper; set aside.
  2. Combine yogurt, mayo, lime juice, taco seasoning, and cayenne in another bowl; mix well.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat and cook shrimp until pink on both sides.
  4. In a large bowl, toss coleslaw with chopped cilantro and most of the sauce.
  5. Warm tortillas in a skillet for pliability.
  6. Assemble tacos by filling tortillas with shrimp and slaw; drizzle remaining sauce on top.
