Ingredients
- 1 ounce package red gelatin (such as JELL-O Gelatin in Strawberry flavor)
- 1 ounce package blue gelatin (such as JELL-O Gelatin in Berry Blue flavor)
- 1 cup warm water (divided into two 1/2 cups)
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 4” lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Spray an 8.5 x 11-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix red gelatin with 1/2 cup warm water and microwave for 1.5 minutes until dissolved.
- Stir in 1.5 cups miniature marshmallows and microwave again for about 1 minute until melted. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and refrigerate to set.
- Repeat the process with blue gelatin while the red layer sets.
- Once set, carefully pour the blue layer over the red layer and refrigerate until fully firm.
- Cut into strips, roll into pinwheels, and insert lollipop sticks before serving.
