- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch kosher salt
Instructions
- Prepare the apple filling: Sauté diced apples with sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and butter until soft. Let cool.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In one bowl, mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, spices). In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients alternately with milk until just mixed.
