Instructions

  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently without overmixing.
  6. Fold in grated zucchini, diced apples, and chopped walnuts.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pans; bake mini loaves for 35–40 minutes or full-sized loaves for about 55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
