  4. For air frying: Preheat air fryer to 375°F and place salmon cubes in a single layer; air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. To make the bang bang sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  6. Toss or drizzle cooked salmon bites with the prepared bang bang sauce before serving.
