  • 12 strips thick-cut bacon
  • 1 lb. Farfalle pasta
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes (quartered)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons Ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by whisking together milk, sour cream, and Ranch seasoning in a large measurement cup. Refrigerate until needed.
  2. Cook Farfalle pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and cool on a tray with olive oil.
  3. Fry chopped bacon in a skillet until crispy and set aside on paper towels to drain.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta with half of the ranch dressing.
  5. Add romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, three-quarters of the bacon, BBQ sauce, and remaining ranch dressing; toss well.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for up to 3 hours before serving.
