  • 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  3. Pour in the chicken broth and add salt, garlic powder, thyme, paprika, black pepper, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in the rice, cover with a lid, and reduce heat to maintain a simmer.
  5. Cook for 20–25 minutes until the rice is tender. Let sit covered for an additional 10 minutes before fluffing with a fork and serving.
