- 2 cans cinnamon rolls
- 4 large apples (Granny Smith or Golden Delicious), peeled and diced
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ¼ – â…“ cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and spray an 8 x 8 x 2 inch dish with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, mix diced apples, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg until evenly coated.
- Slice cinnamon rolls into ¼ inch pieces and roll each slice thinly.
