Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp shredded carrots
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine all oat ingredients in a mixing bowl or jar. Mix well and refrigerate for at least one hour, preferably overnight.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate until smooth. Stir in Greek yogurt and cream cheese until creamy.
