  • 10 Lasagna Noodles
  • 3 cups Cooked Shredded Chicken
  • 16 ounces Ricotta Cheese
  • 1.5 cups Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente; drain and lay flat on parchment paper.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Spread the mixture over each noodle; add Alfredo sauce before rolling up tightly.
  5. Place rolls in a casserole dish with extra Alfredo sauce poured on top and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
