  • 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup thinly-sliced green onions
  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)
  • Asian salad dressing
  • Crushed red pepper flakes
  • Sesame seeds
  • Slivered almonds
  • Wonton strips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken with half of the Asian dressing. Toss to coat and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Add romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, green onions, and cilantro to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
