  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • Two 8-ounce packages refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 16 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll one package of crescent roll dough into the bottom of a baking dish and press seams together.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with ¾ cup sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined.
  4. Spread the cheesecake filling over the dough in the baking dish and cover with the second package of crescent dough.
  5. Brush melted butter over the top layer and sprinkle with a cinnamon-sugar mixture made from 1 tablespoon cinnamon and ½ cup sugar.
  6. Bake for about 28 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
