- ½ cup granulated sugar
- Two 8-ounce packages refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 16 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Unroll one package of crescent roll dough into the bottom of a baking dish and press seams together.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with ¾ cup sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Spread the cheesecake filling over the dough in the baking dish and cover with the second package of crescent dough.
