  • 4 tbsp melted vegan butter
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond or oat milk
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (or gluten-free)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend mashed bananas, melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Prepare the cinnamon swirl by mixing melted vegan butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan, drizzle half of the swirl mixture on top, then add the remaining batter and swirl again.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before glazing.
