  • 32 ounces (4 – 8-ounce) blocks full-fat cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
  • 1½ cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 6 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (Ghirardelli brand)
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 6 ounces whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1 cup cinnamon toast crunch cereal (lightly crushed into smaller pieces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker and cereal crumbs in a bowl, then mix in melted butter.
  3. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, gradually adding sugar, vanilla, and eggs.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust, place in a water bath, and bake for about 100 minutes or until set.
  6. For the ganache, melt white chocolate chips with heavy cream over low heat.
  7. Once cooled, top with whipped cream and drizzle ganache.
