  • 2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add onion, carrots, celery, and garlic; cook for about 8 minutes until softened.
  2. Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 6 minutes.
  3. Add uncooked egg noodles to the pot and continue to simmer on low heat for another 6 minutes until the noodles are tender.
