  • 2 carrots
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

  • turmeric
  • water

Instructions

  3. Add half the cilantro and water; cover and simmer for 12–15 minutes until veggies are tender.
  4. Season the fish with salt, place in the pan, spoon sauce over it, cover, and cook on low heat for 20–25 minutes.
  5. Garnish with lemon slices before serving.
