  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cotton candy, torn into small pieces
  • For garnish: additional cotton candy

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream, and flour; mix well. Incorporate eggs one at a time followed by vanilla and cotton candy.
  3. Pour filling over cooled crust and smooth the top. Bake for 60-70 minutes until the center jiggles slightly. Cool in the oven with door ajar for an hour before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form; spread over cheesecake and garnish with cotton candy before serving.
