  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder. Sear in a skillet with half the butter until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and add garlic, herbs, spices, lemon juice, and chicken broth. Stir for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Toss the drained linguine in the sauce until fully coated. Serve topped with sliced chicken and Parmesan cheese.
