Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- For the crust: In a food processor, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add butter and pulse until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- For the filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in flour, lemon juice, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

- Allow cooling at room temperature for about 20 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into squares.
