  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 10 oz penne pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 4 small tomatoes (diced)

  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • Italian seasoning
  • crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy; remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until golden brown on both sides; remove from skillet.
  3. Melt butter in the skillet, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add diced tomatoes, spinach, paprika, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and heavy cream; bring to a simmer.
  4. Meanwhile, cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and mix into the sauce along with chopped bacon.
  5. Slice the cooked chicken and place on top of the creamy pasta; garnish with Parmesan cheese before serving.
