- Stir in tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
- Pour in beef broth and heavy cream; simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Mix in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted.
- Toss cooked rigatoni with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
