  • 1 cup ditalini pasta
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

Instructions

  2. In the same pot, sauté diced onion and minced garlic until softened.

  4. Add ditalini pasta and cook according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and chopped spinach. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until spinach wilts.
