Ingredients
- 12–16 ounces Garden rotini pasta (cooked)
- ½ Medium red onion (minced)
- 1 Cucumber (diced)
- ½ Pint grape tomatoes (halved)
- 1 Medium yellow bell pepper (diced)
- 3 tablespoons Italian vinaigrette dressing
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 + 1/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon White sugar
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Italian dressing, Cajun seasoning, black pepper, and sugar. Mix well.
- Add the cooled pasta along with red onion, cucumber, tomatoes, and bell pepper to the dressing. Stir until all ingredients are evenly coated.
