Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add crumbled sausage and cook for 5 minutes until browned; drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in uncooked rigatoni, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic, Italian seasoning, and tomato sauce. Mix well.
  3. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted (about 2 minutes). Adjust thickness of the sauce as desired.
