  • 10 oz pasta
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken (sliced)
  • 4 oz sun-dried tomatoes
  • 5 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Asiago cheese (shredded)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Basil
  • Red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over low-medium heat. Sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes until slightly browned. Remove tomatoes and chop.
  3. Add seasoned chicken to the skillet; cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  4. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  5. In the same skillet, combine heavy cream, whole milk, basil, red pepper flakes, and beef broth. Stir in mozzarella and Asiago cheese until melted.
  6. Mix cooked pasta with the sauce and add the chicken and chopped tomatoes back into the skillet.
