  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the chicken breast for about 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Let rest for 5 minutes and slice into strips.
  3. In a small bowl, combine ranch seasoning mix and water; stir until smooth. Drizzle over chicken strips to coat.
  4. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream in another bowl.
  5. Lay the tortilla flat; spread the mayo-sour cream mixture in the center. Add ranch-coated chicken, cheeses, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
  6. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  7. Return skillet to medium heat; place wrap seam-side down and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.
  8. Slice in half and serve immediately.
