- 1 large flour tortilla

- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken breast for about 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Let rest for 5 minutes and slice into strips.
- In a small bowl, combine ranch seasoning mix and water; stir until smooth. Drizzle over chicken strips to coat.
- Mix mayonnaise and sour cream in another bowl.
- Lay the tortilla flat; spread the mayo-sour cream mixture in the center. Add ranch-coated chicken, cheeses, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
- Fold the sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom up.
