Ingredients
- 2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (to taste)
Instructions
- Wash and dice the potatoes and cube the sirloin steak.
- In a crockpot, layer half of the diced potatoes at the bottom followed by half of the cubed steak and half of the diced onion. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Repeat layering with remaining ingredients.
- Pour beef broth over all layers and drizzle Worcestershire sauce on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
- About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle cheese on top and cover until melted.
