Instructions

  1. Cut tomatoes into wedges and halve them.
  2. Slice cucumber lengthwise and cut into 1/4-inch pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, parsley, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  4. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, brown sugar, basil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
