  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • Kosher salt
  • Dry mustard
  • Black pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Butter
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Generously butter an 8×8 inch casserole dish and evenly spread the Simply Potatoes in the dish.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, cream, salt, dry mustard, pepper, and nutmeg until hot but not boiling.
