- 1½ cups quick oats
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) melted salted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
- 2 tablespoons butter (for topping)
- 1 cup Easter pastel m&m's
- Optional: Easter sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, melted butter, and pecans until crumbly.
- Set aside 1½ cups of the mixture for topping; press the rest into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Pour fudge filling over the crust evenly.
- Sprinkle reserved crumble mixture over the fudge filling; add m&m's and optional sprinkles.
- Bake for 20–23 minutes; cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
