  • 1½ cups quick oats
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) melted salted butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (for topping)
  • 1 cup Easter pastel m&m's
  • Optional: Easter sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray or parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, melted butter, and pecans until crumbly.
  3. Set aside 1½ cups of the mixture for topping; press the rest into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour fudge filling over the crust evenly.
  6. Sprinkle reserved crumble mixture over the fudge filling; add m&m's and optional sprinkles.
  7. Bake for 20–23 minutes; cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
