Ingredients
- 2 servings dry instant ramen noodle cakes (or other noodles)
- 10 oz extra firm tofu or your choice of veggies/mushrooms
- 1 cup water or vegetable broth
- 5–7 tbsp soy sauce
- 2–3 tbsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Chopped scallions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Boil water in a pot and cook noodles until al dente. Drain and cool.
- In a pan, sauté chosen veggies or tofu until cooked to your liking.
- Add the sauce to the pan and simmer until thickened.
- Combine noodles with the sauce and sauté until well-coated.
- Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds, then serve hot.
