  • 1 cup water (or vegetable broth)
  • 57 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Chopped scallions (for topping)
  • Sesame seeds (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients until well combined.
  2. Boil water in a pot, add ramen noodles, and cook until al dente (about 2-3 minutes less than package instructions).
  3. Drain the noodles and rinse under cold water to prevent sticking.
  4. In a non-stick pan over medium-high heat, sauté sliced tofu or veggies until cooked.
  5. Pour in the prepared sauce and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Add the drained noodles to the pan, tossing everything together to coat evenly.
