- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons Kahlua, or other coffee liqueur
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
- 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- Ground cinnamon, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk in sugar and eggs one at a time until well combined.
- Add espresso powder, vanilla extract, and salt; mix well.
- Gently fold in flour until just combined.
