  • ¼ cup ghee or butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, plus more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and 2 tablespoons of ghee.
