Ingredients

  • 450 g ribeye steak
  • 300 g rigatoni
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • ½ cup double cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Season ribeye steaks with paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Set aside.
  2. Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the steaks for 1 minute on each side. Add butter for flavor and remove from heat to rest.
  3. Boil salted water in a large pot, add rigatoni, and cook until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté diced onion and minced garlic in butter until soft, then deglaze with white wine if desired. Stir in chicken stock and double cream; season and add parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Combine rigatoni with sauce and garnish servings with cubed steak and fresh parsley.
