- 450 g ribeye steak
- 300 g rigatoni
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- ½ cup chicken stock
- ½ cup double cream
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Season ribeye steaks with paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Set aside.
- Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the steaks for 1 minute on each side. Add butter for flavor and remove from heat to rest.
- Boil salted water in a large pot, add rigatoni, and cook until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
- In the same skillet, sauté diced onion and minced garlic in butter until soft, then deglaze with white wine if desired. Stir in chicken stock and double cream; season and add parmesan cheese until melted.
- Combine rigatoni with sauce and garnish servings with cubed steak and fresh parsley.
