  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Flaked sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined quarter sheet pan using an offset spatula.
  3. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring until fully melted.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture and spread evenly.
  5. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until firm.
  6. Once frozen, sprinkle with flaked sea salt if desired and cut into pieces.
