  • 8 oz linguine or fettuccine noodles
  • 4 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  4. Whisk cornstarch and water in a bowl; add to the beef mixture and simmer until thickened (2-3 minutes).
