- 1 lb ground turkey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Instructions

- In a bowl, whisk together remaining water (¼ cup) and corn starch until dissolved. Stir into the saucepan until thickened. Remove from heat; add orange zest.
