  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 5 cups beef broth
  • 15 ounces diced tomatoes with juice
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables (corn, green beans, carrots mix)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, celery, and garlic; cook until the beef is browned and no pink remains. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in diced potatoes, beef broth, diced tomatoes (with juice), tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
