  • ½ cup beef broth (or water)
  • ¼ cup milk (optional, for added creaminess)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef in olive oil for about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until soft.
  4. Layer the ground beef mixture in the baking dish and top with sliced potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
  5. Sprinkle cheeses over the top and pour broth around the edges for moisture. Add milk if desired.
