- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/3 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
- 2 large egg whites
- 2/3 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Line a muffin tin with liners. Melt the chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
- Spoon chocolate into muffin cups, covering the sides. Add flaked coconut on top and let set in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Fill each cup with marshmallow fluff and sprinkle more coconut on top. Chill again for another 20 minutes.
- Pour remaining melted chocolate over each cup and smooth out. Let chill in the fridge until firm.
