Ingredients

  • 12 ounces milk chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 2/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with liners. Melt the chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
  2. Spoon chocolate into muffin cups, covering the sides. Add flaked coconut on top and let set in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  3. Fill each cup with marshmallow fluff and sprinkle more coconut on top. Chill again for another 20 minutes.
  4. Pour remaining melted chocolate over each cup and smooth out. Let chill in the fridge until firm.
