  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour

Instructions

  1. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in a bowl until fully melted.
  2. Mix in eggs, almond flour, and baking powder until combined.
  3. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 balls; flatten each between parchment paper.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake flatbreads for 15-17 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While baking, prepare garlic butter by sautéing minced garlic in butter and olive oil.
  7. Brush flatbreads with garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan before returning them to the oven for an additional minute.
