- 2 TBSP culinary dried lavender
- 8 oz unsalted butter, melted
- 3.5 oz lavender sugar
- 8 large eggs
- 1 ÂĽ cups fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 9 oz all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- For the crust, mix granulated sugar, dried lavender, melted butter, lavender sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and flour until combined. Press into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- For the filling, whisk together eggs, lemon juice, lavender sugar, lemon zest, and flour until smooth. Pour over the pre-baked crust and bake for an additional 45 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares and dusting with powdered sugar.
