  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (divided)
  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Crush Nilla Wafers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter and sugar. Press into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 6-8 minutes until golden. Cool and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
