- 4 large egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- ⅔ cup fresh lemon juice
Instructions

- In a bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, and baking powder. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
- Press two-thirds of the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, heavy cream, salt, and lemon juice until smooth. Pour over the baked crust.
- Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
