Ingredients
- 250g Dark chocolate
- 200g Milk chocolate
- 200g Butter or baking spread
- 150g Golden syrup
- 100g Malted milk or digestive biscuits
- 75g Mini marshmallows (gelatine-free if needed)
- 200g Maltesers
Instructions
- Line an 8" square tin with baking paper.
- Melt the butter, golden syrup, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine broken biscuits, marshmallows, and Maltesers.
- Pour two-thirds of the melted chocolate mixture into the bowl and stir until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined tin, smoothing it down evenly. Pour remaining chocolate on top.
- Decorate with extra Maltesers before chilling in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Slice into pieces and store in an airtight container.
