- 4 salmon fillets

- Garlic
- Sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and butter until melted.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Place them skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes until crispy, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- Remove salmon from the skillet. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds, then add sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, thyme, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
