  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by chopping garlic and sun-dried tomatoes.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted.
  3. Cook salmon fillets skin-side down for about 6-7 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Remove salmon; add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, thyme, and basil. Cook for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Return salmon to the skillet and spoon sauce over it; cook for an additional 2 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
