- 12 oz gluten-free penne
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, diced
- 2 cups vegetable broth

- 2 tablespoons butter
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook gluten-free penne according to package directions until al dente; drain.
