  • 1 package Kings Hawaiian Rolls
  • 12 cooked cocktail meatballs
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/41/2 cup mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut small circles into the center of each Hawaiian roll without cutting through the bottom.
  3. Use your fingers or a small glass to create a larger indentation in each roll.
  4. Brush the inside and tops of the rolls with garlic butter and bake for about 4 minutes until lightly toasted.
  5. Add tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese into each roll.
  6. Place warmed meatballs on top, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and add remaining mozzarella.
  7. Bake again for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
